Please read it carefully before making a booking, as it outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of appointments.

1. No Cancellation Policy

At Nutritionist Misha Services, we operate on a strict no-cancellation policy once a booking is confirmed. This is because our team of fitness professionals dedicates time and resources to preparing for your consultation, ensuring that you receive the best possible experience.

Why We Do Not Allow Cancellations:

• Our services involve personalized planning, requiring significant preparation before the scheduled session.
• Last-minute cancellations disrupt our scheduling system and affect other clients who may have wanted the same time slot.
• As an online service, we reserve and allocate expert time exclusively for you, making it difficult to reassign cancelled slots on short notice.

For these reasons, once a session is booked, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We strongly advise all clients to carefully review their schedules and commitments before making a booking.

2. No Refund Policy

We follow a strict no-refund policy for all services provided through our website, including but not limited to:

• One-on-One Online Fitness Consultations – Expert guidance tailored to your health and fitness needs.
• Customized Workout Plans – Personalized training programs designed to help you meet your fitness goals.
• Nutrition & Wellness Coaching – Dietary and lifestyle guidance to support your fitness journey.
• Digital & Downloadable Content – Workout plans, meal guides, or any other digital resources provided as part of our service.

Key Points About Our No-Refund Policy:

• No refunds will be issued for missed, late, or unused sessions—once a service is booked, the payment is final.
• No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction—we encourage clients to review the service details before purchasing.
• Digital and downloadable products are non-refundable, as they are instantly accessible upon purchase.

We are committed to providing valuable services, and our team works hard to deliver the highest quality fitness consultations. However, since these services involve real-time expert allocation and personalized planning, refunds are not possible.

3. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and while cancellations are not allowed, we may offer a one-time rescheduling option under the following conditions:

Rescheduling Requests:

• Clients must request rescheduling at least 3 days in advance by contacting our support team at misha@nutritionistmisha.co “or” contact on the team number.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
• Clients can only reschedule once per booking. Additional rescheduling requests will not be accommodated.

Missed Appointments:

• If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice, it will be marked as completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients. No extra time will be granted.

We encourage clients to set reminders and ensure they are available at the scheduled time to fully benefit from their consultation.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While our no-cancellation and no-refund policy is strictly enforced, we recognize that emergencies may sometimes prevent clients from attending their scheduled session. In rare and exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, we may consider rescheduling.

To request a reschedule under exceptional circumstances, clients must:

• Contact us at misha@nutritionistmisha.co within 11:00AM to 07:00 PM of the missed session.
• Provide valid documentation or proof of the emergency (e.g., medical certificate, hospital note).
• Wait for approval from our support team. Approval is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion.

Please note that refunds will not be issued, even under exceptional circumstances. Our team will do their best to accommodate you with a rescheduled session if possible.

5. Policy Agreement & Client Responsibility

By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy. It is the client’s responsibility to:

• Review this policy before making a booking to avoid misunderstandings.
• Ensure they are available at the scheduled time for their consultation.
• Use their session fully to maximize the value of their purchase.

Our policies are in place to ensure fairness for both our clients and our fitness experts, allowing us to maintain a structured and professional service.

6. Advance or Token Money Refund Policy

If you have paid an advance or token amount towards a consultation or any of our services, please note that this amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Important Points Regarding Advance/Token Payments:

• Advance payments are made to secure a booking, and once paid, they cannot be refunded.
• Even if you choose not to proceed with the service, the token amount remains non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued in case of no-shows, cancellations, or changes in personal circumstances.
• This policy applies regardless of the reason for the request, including dissatisfaction, schedule changes, or personal emergencies.
